- Fennel — anise-scented leaves and seeds, attracts beneficial insects

- Dill — delicate fronds perfect for pickling and fish dishes
- Parsley (Moss Curled & Plain) — two varieties for garnishing and cooking
- Borage — edible blue star flowers, excellent pollinator plant
- Chervil — subtle anise flavour, ideal for salads and sauces
- Chamomile — calming tea herb with daisy-like flowers
Growing Guide
- Plant: Spring after last frost, or late summer to early autumn
- Position: Full sun (6–8 hours daily), well-drained soil
- Depth: Sow seeds lightly, about 2–5 mm deep
- Spacing: 20–30 cm apart
- Water: Keep evenly moist during germination; avoid overwatering once established
- Harvest: Regularly to encourage continuous bushy growth
